School Xmas fair so no exercise and had a jacket potato with tuna as forget to bring a sandwich. No wii dance today

All the kids off but managed to do a workout with number 2 4,000 sweat points - was so tempting to eat a bit of something naughty what with getting into that holiday mode feeling

Rough rough night sleep wise - ate 25g 133 cal packet of crips ok not end of the world but the no sleep thang really affects me and my self control. Done over 4,000 sweat points (prior to eating crisps) and ate normally other than that - soup tonight as out for dinner tomorrow and saturday fish and chips after panto.

Was out for Thai meal - drove so cut back on the wine calories had lots to eat but wasn't bursting did ok

Again - did ok had 2 slices of bacon, 1 egg on wholemeal and that was all until we had our chicken and chips in the evening and chocolate buttons.

Was hungry most of the day and was busy doing housework - mental attitude is good today

4,500 sweat points on the wii, plus the weekly shop tidying etc so active all day - had a xmas muffin though - quality control!
Wednesday 7 December 2011 - no wii too much to do - so tired an had some crips - crap
Thursday 8 December 2011 - no wii see above however no crips and avoiding the crap - early bed t

Friday 9 December 2011 - had great nights sleep so managed 4,500 sweat points and was really hungry in theevening even though I did have some crips and a xmas muffin
Saturday 10 December - been strict today what with the crisps lapse - haven't done any exercise but am feeling very hungry so all good this was written pre my indian take away was full after and also had 3 x small glasses of red win - so much for operation xmas
Sunday 11 December - Back to normal - Wii dance 4,000 points
Monday 12 December - Did the Zumba felt the same as I do after the Wii so I am just fitter rather than needing a different type of workout - my hips did ache the next day though
Tuesday 13 December - no exercise, had the trolleygate incident and finished the xmas wrapping
Wednesday 14 December - not a good day diet wise felt excited for the xmas plays and xmas in general so ate too much - need to step up to the plate tomorrow as I can't get away with this during the xmas period.
Thursday 15 December
Crisp watch worked today didn't have any although did have a few cadbury animal biscuits think I need to extend it biscuits and cakes until 24 th
Friday 16 December
Was out with mums from school the first of 2 nights on a trot - had wine, sparkling wine didn't go mad and was home by 11.45 - 4, 000 wii dance points
Saturday 17 December
Out with oldest friend - had greek starters, grilled chicken kebab, wine, vodka and tonic tiramisu
Sunday 18 December
Wii dance points 3500
Monday 19 December
Wii dance 3800
but had xmas muffin and some cocktail sausages - relaxation has set in need to do exercise everyday up to and including xmas eve to give myself half a chance of no gain on boxing day - mmmmm fat and chance?
Tuesday 20 December
Gone to pot today - had frazzles and after eating happened to look at the calorie count on these 90 cals for 20g - christ almighty. May I remind myself as well that cheese balls (similar to frazzles) are what made me fat during pregnancy in the first place and is why I'm still trying to lose this indulgence 19 months later. Mental note to self. I also had a cake pop in the shape of a xmas tree that I purchased from one of the mums from school it was lovely but not worth putting on weight for. Also I might add that my skin goes all spotty when I've eaten crap. I am hungry tonight thank goodness as had a small tea. MUST TRY HARDER THIS WEEK
Wednesday 21 December
Not good - had some xmas biscuits which I made with the kids - in punishment I did over 4,000 sweat points. A difficult week I can tell thee.
Thursday 22 December
Walk in the woods plus 3,000 sweat points just as well as had rather large handful of frazzels.
Friday 23, Saturday 24, Sunday 25, Monday 26, Tuesday 27 all pretty relaxed food wise normal service resumes tomorrow
Operation Xmas has finished don't know whether it was successful or not really - gained 3lb but may have back log of weight gain. Need to rein it in for Operation New Year 2012
